About Me
I am a wife, a mum to a beautiful daughter and I live in a quiet, country town in rural Victoria, Australia.
I have a decade of experience supporting mums with their mental health. Most of this work has been in a large regional hospital, providing specialist care to women during pregnancy and in the early years of their children's lives.
I'm passionate about empowering mums, child and infant mental health and advocating for birth to be a safe place for all women. I believe with my whole heart that when mums are supported then the whole family benefits.
