Overcoming Overwhelm in Motherhood is a program that I have created to help you reclaim your motherhood, feel calm and confident, and embrace good enough. 

Hi, I'm Bec.

 
Just incase we haven't met yet, I'm Bec. I have a lovely husband and a beautiful little girl, and we live in a small country town. 

I am a Registered Nurse & Credentialled Mental Health Nurse with over a decade of experience, and have spent my career supporting mums with their emotional health and parenting.

I'm deeply passionate about allowing mums to be seen and heard - and believe that when mum is looked after then the whole family thrives.

After almost 10 years of working with mums as a mental health nurse, I kept seeing the same things and over and over again. I saw strong, smart and capable women struggling in motherhood. I saw mums who were carrying so much, and didn't have the support that they needed and deserved to thrive. 

I wanted to create something to make you feel truly seen and supported.

This program is the things that we wish we knew before we became mothers and the support, validation and encouragement we all need. I've used a blend of approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to create something truly special. And to give you tools to feel calmer and more confident.

All of the information is delivered to you across 6 lessons. I know you need something easy, so you can listen to these lessons like a podcast if you need to while you are on a pram walk, during nap time while you tidy up, or in the car. This program was made to fit into your life when you have the time.
