The Big Feelings Masterclass

Your little one is losing it again. It feels like you are handling constant meltdowns, tears and tantrums.

And your calm is slowly slipping away from you.

You want to respond with love and kindness but it’s so hard.

You're starting to lose patience and get frustrated.

Your cup feels empty, and yet you have to try and fill theirs. It’s a lot.

Sometimes, you just don't know what to do.

Maybe your child is super clingy and you are unsure of how to support their independence.

Maybe your little one gets really *really* upset, and you struggle to support them when they are in peak meltdown.

Maybe they hit you, yell at you or throw their toys in anger.

Sometimes you are a complete loss of what to do and feel like you are failing.

When you aren’t clear on how to respond or the overwhelm starts to creep in, you often fall back on things that don't work.

You give in. You struggle to hold the boundary.

You tell your child to stop crying. You leave them alone to try and settle themselves.

You yell. You lose your cool.

Sometimes these things work. Sometimes they don't. But what do these strategies actually teach our child?

The honest answer is, probably not much. Because these strategies don't teach our kids how to manage their emotions. Or skills to prevent the meltdown in the first place. They can also hurt our relationship with them, which is the last thing we want.

So what can you do?

How do you support them?

That is exactly what I want to teach you in the Big Feelings Masterclass.

Say no more, I'm in!

Hi, I'm Bec.

Just in case we haven't met yet, I'm Bec. I'm a mum from a small country town in Victoria, Australia.

I'm a counsellor who helps you to navigate the ups and downs of motherhood.

I support you to feel like yourself again, parent with intention and find more joy.

The Big Feelings Live Masterclass is on Tuesday the 29th July at 7.30PM (AEST).

The replay will be sent out for those who can't make it live.

What you need isn't another quick tip or strategy.

Because while specific strategies can be so helpful, you need more. So that when that strategy doesn't work, you know your next move and don't feel completely lost thinking 'oh shit, what now'.

What you need is a clear, consistent approach that you can fall back on no matter what the struggle is.

This is exactly what I will cover in the Big Feelings Masterclass.

We’ll walk through:

  • Why your child is getting so upset.
  • How to spot the early signs that your little one is heading for a meltdown.
  • What to do during and after the meltdown.
  • Practical ways you can support emotional development.
  • Why we as parents get so triggered.
  • How you can keep your calm instead of joining their chaos.

If endless big feelings and blow ups are starting to wear you down, then join me for this free masterclass.

You'll walk away with a clear understanding of exactly what you can do to calm your emotional little person the next time they are melting down.
